Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Kingfisher, provided by The Kingfisher Network LLC ("Kingfisher," "we," "us"). By using Kingfisher, you agree to these terms. If you use Kingfisher on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
The service
Kingfisher helps teams see their partner relationships and draft coordination messages using data from connected Google accounts. Some features are in early access and may change.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide Kingfisher, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Google account and request deletion at any time.
AI generated drafts
Kingfisher uses AI to draft messages. Drafts may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review every draft before you send it; you are responsible for what you send.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kingfisher, including by accessing data you are not authorized to access, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, or using it to break the law or send spam.
Pilot and early access terms
If you use Kingfisher under a pilot or separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Fees
Fees are set out in your pilot agreement or order form.
Termination
You can stop using Kingfisher at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users.
Disclaimers
Kingfisher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Kingfisher is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date and notify you of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
